Cantek 3-Sided 5 Head Lineal Brush Moulding Sander - Model: LBS300-5S
This 3-sided lineal brush moulding sander, manufactured by Cantek, features (2) sets of variable speed top brushing heads.
Main Features:
- Capable of sanding linear profiled material on 3 sides
- The main frame is fabricated of heavy steel plate and ribbed to minimize vibration and deflection.
- Centralized control panel for operator convenience
- (2) Sets of top brushing heads with variable speed adjustment by inverter.
- (1) Left side sanding head is adjustable up/down, in/out and can be set on an angle
- (1) Right side sanding head which can be adjusted up/down and in and out
- (1) Left side sanding head is adjustable up/down, in/out, and can be set on an angle
- Side heads spindle rotation has variable speed adjustment by frequency inverter.
- Working height adjust by hand wheel.
- Brushing head consists of cleaning brush units and abrasive cloth units. The dovetail pocket design allows for easy abrasive/brush replacement.
- Comes with (1) set of abrasives and brushes for each head.
- Machine on 460/3/60 electrics to CSA/UL electrical standard
